About Cherry Red Studio
Hi, I’m Marbles, founder of Cherry Red Studio.
I create handcrafted jewellery using reclaimed and recycled materials shaped by thoughtful, small-batch making.
After years working in the arts, a sudden illness in 2022 changed everything, but it did give me the opportunity to reignite what I enjoyed the most, working with my hands. Healing took time, patience and creativity. It was whilst in my recovery that I was able to return to silversmithing and Cherry Red Studio was born.
Each piece celebrates individuality, sustainability and the appreciation of beauty in all its states.
Cherry Red Studio is named after the vivid glow silver emanates when heated that signifies its transformation, when raw potential becomes pliable to creation.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss anything, please feel free to email me at, HELLO.CHERRYREDSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM.
Thank you for supporting slow fashion, meaningful design and jewellery made with purpose.

Recycled Silver: Beauty with a Past, Brilliance with a Future
Recycled Sterling Silver: Beauty with a Past, Brilliance with a Future
Our recycled sterling silver begins its journey in unexpected places, from forgotten heirlooms and broken jewellery to vintage cameras, smartphones, and even medical X-rays. Through a meticulous process, pure silver is extracted, refined, and reborn. Melted down and transformed into stunning new creations.
Though silver recycling holds immense environmental promise, only 18% of the world's silver is currently reclaimed. By choosing recycled silver, you're helping to preserve natural resources, reduce harmful mining practices, and champion a circular economy, all while wearing something truly timeless.

Nature’s Hidden Alchemy
Sea Glass also known as Angel Tears or Mermaid Tears, is one of the ocean’s most extraordinary creations, a radiant transformation born of time, tide, and elemental grace.
Tumbled by waves and steeped in saltwater for over half a century or more to create. Between the 1850s and 1921, Victorian and Edwardian companies produced up to 20,000 hand blown bottles every day, primarily located near UK coastlines and disposed of glass waste into the North Sea, which is still being worn by the waves.
Each piece completely unique, no two pieces are alike. Each one is a fragment of history, a story told in shimmer and shape, a relic of the past, reborn by the sea.

Recycled Materials, Reimagined Beauty
At Cherry Red Studio, sustainability isn’t a trend, it’s a commitment woven into every piece we create. By using recycled and recyclable materials, we give new life to the forgotten, transforming reclaimed silver, vintage components, and repurposed resources into jewellery with purpose, soul, and unmatched character.
Because the materials we work with come from diverse origins they offer endless creative potential. This natural variability sparks innovation, allowing us to design jewellery that is striking, meaningful, and truly one-of-a-kind. Beyond beauty, this practice helps reduce waste, conserve resources, and support a circular economy, where style and sustainability coexist in harmony.
"Handmade jewellery is more than adornment, it's a declaration of individuality and identity. Every piece is a story, shaped by human hands, infused with intention, and crafted with soul. In a world full of copies, dare to be original!!"
